Zelura Restore ships free to all addresses within the United States. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping to the United States: 7-14 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays or events outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website.
Customs and Import Duties
Zelura Restore is shipped internationally from Australia. Orders may be subject to customs processing upon arrival in the United States. Any customs fees, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Zelura is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Zelura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit please contact us at yuki@fitnessscript.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Zelura is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address please contact us immediately at yuki@fitnessscript.com.au before your order is dispatched.
